Peavey Bass Guitars ]

Home ]

The Peavey Electronics Corporation is one of the largest manufacturers of audio equipment, with headquarters in Meridian (Mississippi).

Peavey signature model built for Eddie Van Halen, the latter has named after his son.

Van Halen came in 1995 after an earlier very successful collaboration with the guitar manufacturer Ernie Ball / Music Man to Peavey, with the aim to produce his ideal guitar. The signature model Peavey Wolfgang was relatively successful, but remained in terms of sales well below recent Van Halen's signature guitars. At the end of 2004 Peavey and Van Halen ended their cooperation and Wolfgang series was discontinued. Since then, this guitar model is in a slightly modified form as Peavey HP Special Series available.
